IMPOWER’s Senior Managers are technically competent, with a strong track record and expertise in their professional area, be it local government, health, finance or data. They have a strong belief in well-run public services that make real, tangible improvements to people’s lives. They have a high degree of emotional intelligence which enables them to understand and appreciate the situations that our clients face and build relationships with client staff and service users. They are trained in EDGEWORK ® – our unique approach to managing complex problems, and the way we deliver sustainable change and better public services.
Skills and Experience
Hours: Full time
Location: Nationwide, with a London head office
Salary: £80,000 – £90,000 + discretionary annual bonus
