We are looking for individuals with a solid background in consulting and project management, to help IMPOWER be the biggest and most respected management consultancy working exclusively to improve local public services. You will have experience in structuring and delivering consulting projects, meeting the needs of individual client requirements and specifications.

You will support in the management of commercial relationships, including the development of proposals with the business development team. You will be responsible for developing our Senior Consultants and Trainee Consultants, acting as a role model across the business.

Required skills and experience

  • A minimum of 2 years consulting experience
  • Some experience and knowledge of the public sector is desirable
  • Demonstrable success as a people and project manager
  • Ability to work as a team with clients and colleagues
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong analytical capability
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent oral and written presentation skills Advanced Word, Excel and PowerPoint capability

Location: Working on sites across the UK, with a Head Office based in London

Hours: Full time, 9:00am – 6:00pm
