Business Development Manager

If you want to be part of a growing team which thrives in finding answers to complex questions, which works every day to improve public services, that has commercial drive and leadership ambition, and that is emotionally intelligent and intellectually smart, then Business Development Manager at IMPOWER Consulting might be the role for you.

We are looking for a commercially-focused self-starter with great organisational and powerful writing skills to help IMPOWER be the biggest and most respected management consultancy working exclusively to improve local public services. You will have experience of identifying tenders and qualifying procurement opportunities within UK government frameworks, with a track record of writing and quality-controlling bids and then managing framework contracts.

You will use our Project Financial and Risk Calculator to assess the viability of tenders. When contracts are drafted, you will review and then negotiate with client legal teams. You will work with the team to create a compelling narrative about IMPOWER’s differentiators. An ability to write with impact is a must.

IMPOWER offers a competitive package including remuneration and benefits, an interest in your continuous learning and development, training in our EDGEWORK philosophy and methodologies, and being part of a creative, bright, friendly and ambitious team. Apply today!
