The UK, like many nations, grapples with the multifaceted challenges faced by local governments, including financial pressures, climate change, social challenges and the critical mandate to deliver public services effectively.
At IMPOWER, we have had the privilege of collaborating with local government leaders for over two decades on transformation programmes. Our journey has taught us that resilience is born from acknowledging challenges and leveraging them as catalysts for positive change.
We believe that the path to resilience lies in collaboration and creative solutions.
