MCA Award 2013 winners…second consecutive year!

IMPOWER are delighted to have won the 2013 MCA award for ‘Customer Engagement’ for a pioneering approach to recruiting foster carers with Staffordshire, Buckingham and Hertfordshire councils.

Judge Peter Smith said of the project, “We felt it was both a very strong example of clever, technical consulting work, very strong customer engagement, and also an excellent case showing where consulting work could bring very important benefits…”
