IMPOWER’s Heroes of 2023: 11 December

Bryony Langdon

Nominated by Bryony Langdon (Senior Manager) and Su Gordon-Graham (Delivery Director).

Charlotte is the Royal Borough of Greenwich’s Head of Integrated Commissioning for Public Health, and for the last year has been leading the re-commissioning of all of Greenwich’s public health services. Charlotte has a key role right at the heart of the interface between health, care and communities, working across the public sector, providers, partners and people who use services to improve health outcomes for some of the most vulnerable people in the borough.

To say that this isn’t easy is a big understatement, but Charlotte approaches every challenge – no matter how complex – with creativity, calmness, and always with good humour.

Charlotte’s passion for improving outcomes for people in Greenwich shines through to anyone who is lucky enough to work with her. She is driven and dedicated, expertly working across the complex health and care system at different levels to bring partners together around the outcomes that make a big difference to local people.
