IMPOWER’s Heroes of 2019: 11 December

Dr Toby Lowe is an inspiring figure who is on a mission to improve the way public services are delivered and managed – by making them more human. His work is helping an ever-growing number of people to increase their understanding of complexity, and enabling them to use this to think differently about the challenges facing the public sector. We think Toby is great because he doesn’t just write reports – he is a practitioner and an activist, and is building a community of organisations and people around the Human Learning Systems concept. We were delighted when he contributed to The EDGEWORK Manifesto earlier this year. Here’s to continued collaboration in 2020!
