IMPOWER has developed a staff tracker to track staff availability and absences during Covid-19. This tool is free to use, and aimed at public sector organisations who may find it helpful. IMPOWER accepts no responsibility for its use by such organisations or third parties.

This tool enables managers to:
– Log the daily health status of their staff in relation to Covid-19
– Understand the implications of current absences for particular teams or job roles
– Track the impact of Covid-19 on staff availability over time
