Better Lives - Transforming adult social care in Ealing

It’s been two years since we began work on the ‘Better Lives’ programme with Ealing Council’s Adult Social Care service. It has been a fascinating journey for everyone involved – and the achievements under the programme have been significant enough to be recognised by the Management Consultancies Association (MCA), the representative body for the UK consulting sector. Our work with Ealing was Highly Commended for ‘Change and Transformation in the Public Sector’ at the MCA Awards 2019.

This video reflects the impact of the programme as at February 2019 – but progress has not stopped since then, with daily spend on placements continuing to reduce.
