Assistant Director

Stuart has 20 years of experience within the NHS and local government – 8 years in the NHS for a commissioner and a provider acute Foundation Trust; formerly 12 years with a range of consultancies including Tribal, Capita and BDO.

Stuart specialises in delivering demand led change across NHS and social care, supporting both commissioners and providers across systems to improve outcomes for citizens and deliver more sustainable services. His recent experience has provided demonstrable evidence of impact supporting large implementation delivery programmes within local government.

Stuart is passionate about working with the frontline in supporting them to deliver and manage change for the benefit of citizens and patients; focusing on supporting people to be independent, utilising applied behavioural change to promote strengths, encouraging preventative interventions and evidencing change through use of performance metrics.
