Director
Sarah began her career in the NHS on the national financial management training programme. Delivering change in the NHS became a passion, so after four years at the coalface of a hospital and then a spell in the Department of Health Sarah jumped into the world of consultancy where she has spent the last 20 years. She joined iMPOWER from Capita where she led the Health Advisory business. Sarah heads up our work at the interface of health and care, where her mission is to create inclusive ambition rather than solving problems in silos.
Sarah has three teenage children who keep her young (ish) and can be occasionally spotted in her home town of Birmingham when she isn’t on a train, plane or automobile on her way to see a client.
