Richard Fitzgerald

Richard began his career pursuing a fascination with the excitement of start-ups and fast-growing businesses. Initially in the computer hardware industry, he moved on to software, PR, Events, Distribution and Education, before finding a spiritual home in Management Consultancy for the last two decades. Richard was working with the private sector both in the UK and US before he joined IMPOWER in 2018, to be part of their unique work in the public sector.

Outside of work, he is likely to be found flying a microlight in a vain attempt to improve his piloting skills, or on the ground explaining where it all went wrong…
