Pooven Maduramuthu

Dr Pooven Maduramuthu joined IMPOWER in March 2020. Despite the concurrent onset of Covid which had a profound impact on all aspects of life in the UK, under Pooven’s leadership IMPOWER has continued to maintain and grow its position as the market-leading independent SME supporting transformation in local public services.

Before joining IMPOWER, Pooven was Health Vice President at Atos where he developed and implemented a health strategy focussed on improving patient care through digital technology. Prior to Atos, Pooven spent 13 years at Serco working across its Consulting, Central Government and Global Business Process Services and was responsible for establishing a pathology joint venture between Guys and St Thomas’s NHS Foundation Trust, Kings College NHS Foundation Trust and Serco, one of the largest public/private ventures in the UK.

Pooven lives in Surrey with his wife and son.
