Olly Swann

Olly’s work helps clients to understand how by tackling demand and redesigning services in ways that are aligned to citizen motivations, they can significantly reduce service costs.

His skills are in the identification and realisation of efficiency opportunities, and the design and rollout of new operating models across children’s, adults’, and corporate services. A qualified project & programme manager, Olly began his career with the Department for Work and Pensions, before moving on to West Sussex County Council. Outside of work he is a qualified Football Association coach, a live music fan, and is currently trying to rediscover his sea legs.
