Jenny McArdle

Jenny’s passion is in organisational development and tapping into the skills, capacity and enthusiasm of the public sector and local government workforce to improve service quality and reduce inefficiency.

Jenny brings many years’ experience of working in local authorities, where she held several service improvement and strategy roles. Since joining iMPOWER in 2009, Jenny has worked on projects at service, corporate and cross-organisational levels, covering strategy and operations. She has experience in designing and implementing diagnostic reviews, identifying efficiency and improvement opportunities, and planning and implementing change. Jenny has a degree in Classical Civilisation, and loves travelling, dancing and live music.
