Erin Walsh

Erin has over eighteen years’ experience leading major development programmes across the public, private, academic and not-for-profit sectors in the UK and internationally. With first-hand experience working in and with local government, Erin has a proven track record of successfully navigating complex regulatory environments and collaborating with stakeholders.

She joins IMPOWER from Connected Places Catapult, the UK’s innovation accelerator for cities, transport, and place leadership, where she was Director of Built Environment. Throughout her career, she has been recognised for her strategic thinking, and her ability to drive innovation and transformation in the built environment.

As Trustee to the Churches Conservation Trust, Erin supports the charity’s mission to protect and promote historic churches and to ensure their long-term conservation and sustainability for communities now, and into the future.

In her free time, Erin enjoys travelling, walking, reading and spending time with her family and friends.
