Caroline, as Head of Performance for Lincolnshire County Council, played an integral role as data and insight provider within all of our major workstreams in adults, children’s services, Covid response and the corporate centre. Despite huge demands and managing a large and very busy team she always showed up with a smile, endless positivity and much-needed humour. Team Lincs absolutely couldn’t have achieved the same scale of results without her and her team. Thank you Caroline!
