iMPOWER works with local public service organisations to transform how services are delivered to citizens. We empower people in local government, who want to make change happen. We challenge inertia and deliver radical improvements to service quality and efficiency.

Key areas where we are currently helping organisations to improve citizens' lives include:

  • Efficiency and transformation - we work in partnership with councils to drive out unnecessary costs to deliver genuine revenue savings and measurable service improvement

  • Personalising adult social care - we turn the aspirations of delivering better outcomes and increased choice for individuals through self-directed support into reality

  • Children's services - we deliver the integration of information and effective joint working across agencies

  • Transforming the customer experience - we realise the benefits of investment and reshape services to deliver fundamental improvements to customer service quality and efficiency

  • Client side advisory - we work with councils to set up and manage more valuable relationships with major third party suppliers, ensuring better outcomes, flexibility and value for money are delivered through contracts

  • Through our work with local and central government we help to shape and turn policy into sustainable service improvement for citizens.
