In this area our work relates to working strategically with councils to agree what sort of organisation they want to become in the future. From this, we help them create a Target Operating Model (TOM) of the future council - providing the glue between the Council's vision/strategy and the myriad of projects that need to be in place to contribute measurably to the delivery of the vision. iMPOWER brings robust, proven analytical methodologies to bear on efficiency projects, such that a very detailed understanding of the current operation can be determined. Understanding this position then allows us to develop and quantify a programme that will deliver substantial efficiency savings and service improvements. We make change happen
