iMPOWER works with councils from strategy through to implementation and benefits realisation. We have worked with many councils on this agenda whom we have supported in fundamentally improving the services they deliver to councils. Through our work in customer services iMPOWER has impacted on how services are delivered to over 20% of England's population.
