We deliver the integration of information and effective joint working across agencies.
iMPOWER has a successful track record of delivering integrated children's services with our local authority clients. As well as programme managing the roll-out of ICS and e-CAF systems, we have also played a key role with those clients in providing a technological and business process overview of the different strategic options that could be pursued to meet the requirements of the Every Child Matters agenda. We work closely with key stakeholders to prioritise these options and provide recommendations on the future direction of their integrated working programme, as well as highlighting any potential resourcing or organisational issues associated with implementing those options. These systems are designed to enhance the level of care provided to children by joining up services across different agencies. The change implications of new policy directives and technology in children's services are significant. iMPOWER is able to draw upon experience as well as tried and tested methods to successfully support the implementation of new ways of working in Children's services.
