The iMPOWER and Alsbridge plc alliance
The last two years have seen a lot of focus on efficiencies, and transformation through electronic service delivery, shared services and process re-engineering. Most recently, the post White Paper re-organisation agenda has looked to make even more radical changes to how local government delivers services.
iMPOWER and Alsbridge plc have formed a strategic partnership to provide practical support to local government authorities in managing the transition to shared services and delivering transformation programmes within tight timescales and constrained budgets.
Our mutual belief is that in the current need for transformation to be realised and for shared services to deliver their promise means there is now a need for a different type of consultancy support: one that focuses on design, transition and delivery.
