Through its ‘Changing North Ayrshire’ programme and other corporate activities, the Council is focusing on working more creatively and efficiently to boost prospects for the future. The specific aims of these initiatives are to increase efficiency and effectiveness, improve customer service, and develop and expand the resilience and capacity of its communities.
