Leicestershire County Council - Action Learning Sets

iMPOWER we're tasked with raising awareness and impetus amongst social care providers to start planning/preparing their businesses for the impact of Personalisation in Leicestershire. 

We prepared and delivered 4 sets of Action Learning Sets for LCC on topics LCC had already agreed as part of their ‘Progress for Providers’ workstream. 

We met the clients objectives by delivering the above ALS’s which were received very positively by the client (per verbal feedback) and the providers delegates (by evaluation forms).

Client feedback as well as delegate feedback has been very positive throughout and upon conclusion of our current involvement.
