Improvement East: National Non-Domestic Rates Pre Outline Business Case

Improvement East and the East of England Regional Finance Directors’ Group wished to explore at a high level if there was an opportunity to form a shared NNDR service across the region.  The objective was not to develop a detailed business case, but simply to establish if there was enough evidence to warrant taking such an initiative to the next stage.
