Alastair is a Chartered Accountant with 10 years post-qualification experience spanning private practice, commerce and public sector consulting. This diverse background provides Alastair with a wealth of experience which he has brought to bear across a range of engagements which combine people, process and technology to transform how local authorities work and engage with their customers.

Alastair’s projects include the development of national financial models, business cases, large scale technology procurement and implementation and business process improvement and service re-design. He has worked with central government departments and both tiers of local authority and across services from Finance, ICT and Customer to Adults’ and Childrens’. His financial expertise helps clients to understand their operations and therefore to provide efficiency-based programmes with the best possible chance of success.

Outside of work, Alastair enjoys spending time with his family and various sporting endeavours.
