Jeremy has been involved in helping councils transform for over ten years. Since 2006 he has focused on transforming adult social care particularly through the implementation of self-directed support and individual budgets. Jeremy currently leads iMPOWER’s Adult Social Care transformation practice. Since 2007 Jeremy has led iMPOWERs work with Department of Health/Care Services Improvement Partnership to support councils understand, plan for and deliver personal budget centred transformation. He oversees all of iMPOWER’s work with more than 20 councils on delivering transformed social care.
Jeremy has been at iMPOWER for four years during which time he has been privileged to work with more than 40 councils and five central government departments. Before this, Jeremy spent six years at Capita running a variety of outsourced local government and public sector contracts.
Jeremy enjoys spending time with his two young children, running youth work at his local church and visiting as many new countries as family life allows.
