 Adela has worked for iMPOWER for 2.5 years, coming to us after a career break spent teaching English and working in Buenos Aires for 18 months. Prior to that, Adela was at Accenture where she worked in business process engineering and change management. Whilst working at iMPOWER, Adela has carried out a number of projects including:
Developing a 3 year Improvement and Efficiency Plan for Devon County Council
Building a business case for local authorities for Government Connect
Postal Room redesign at the London Borough of Bromley
Developing business cases and funding models for e-procurement methods for 50 local authorities across the county
Expenses business process re-engineering at Essex County Council
Designing the customer experience journey at Bracknell Forest Borough Council
Outside of work, Adela has a baby, a huge dog and a husband that take up most of her time. Other than that she enjoys cooking, long walks, lazy days (which seem like a thing of the past) and learning Portuguese.
