James Mass, consultant

James brings experience of working for county, district and unitary councils with him to iMPOWER. He began his local government career on the National Graduate Development Programme for Local Government and successfully completed the post-graduate diploma in Local Government Management at Warwick Business School. Some recent projects that James has been involved in include:

The development of self directed support at Hampshire County Council
The creation of a transition framework and toolkit for self directed support for the Care Services Improvement Partnership
An efficiency review at South Derbyshire District Council

In his spare time James is a youth worker and trustee of his church. He is an overly-critical music fan and has very good intentions to start running again.
