I have spent over fourteen years working in the public policy and / or strategy consulting arena. After 3 1/2 years at the CBI as a policy advisor, I joined Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) in their Strategy practice. I worked on a wide range of public and private sector strategy consulting projects, culminating in a 6-month stint at the Cabinet Office in 2000 working on a key e-government study. This inspired me to join iMPOWER late in 2000, since when I have led a variety of iMPOWER’s project teams, especially on topics such as customer contact, children’s services and adult social care.
I am a keen follower of policy and politics. I studied Philosophy, Politics and Economics at Oxford University. I am married with three young children – Sam, Olivia and Thomas. I support Aston Villa and when I can, Sam and I go to watch our local team Wycombe Wanderers together.
