Deborah Crossan

Deborah is an experienced transformation and change consultant who joined IMPOWER in 2013 having previously worked for the public sector for seven years. Deborah leads our adult social care work and is committed to delivering change that both improves people’s outcomes and is sustainable. Deborah leads IMPOWER’s partnership work with ADASS, with a particular focus on co-production. Deborah has led IMPOWER’s work on applied behavioural science and is focused on how it can be used to break down barriers and lead to positive change.

Outside of work Deborah is the Chair of a rugby club and continues to play the game.
